At Faculty2Faculty, we have a passion for teaching and learning in higher education. We believe that all faculty members want to be effective in their teaching. However, we know that most faculty have not received formal training in theories and principles of learning or in research-based instructional techniques. We recognize that teaching is part art, part technique. And we believe that by putting information that synthesizes the best and most up-to-date information on what works into the hands of the faculty who can best use it, we help faculty improve student learning.
